Gradient Real Estate Group is a due diligence consulting, project management and owner's representative services firm based in Orange County, California.
Our due diligence consulting services include management of third-party due diligence consultants, review of capital expenditures budgets and providing input on potential additions or renovations during the due diligence phase of acquisitions or dispositions.
Our project management services include oversight of project scope, budget and schedule, management of A&E design consultants, value engineering, bidding, selection of the general contractor, construction contract negotiation, field observations, change order review and negotiation, payment application review, project reporting and close-out.
Our owner’s representative services include providing general guidance, advocacy, strategic planning and technical support in an advisory capacity.

Peter Chang, AIA, LEED® AP, PMP Principal
Peter Chang is a Principal at Gradient Real Estate Group, providing due diligence, project management, and owner’s representative services for commercial real estate clients. With more than 25 years of experience, he brings a practical understanding of design, construction, and real estate to projects across a range of property types.
Peter holds architecture degrees from Virginia Tech and Harvard University and is a California licensed architect, Project Management Professional (PMP), and LEED Accredited Professional.
